District 5 Website Information

We are proud to introduce the new and improved District 5 website! Included below is a brief overview of some of the new features of our website...

User-Friendly Calendar

Now Divisions, Areas and Clubs can easily publicize their upcoming events such as contests and open houses! The process is simple... Once you create a login to the website, you'll be able to add as many events as you like using an easy, interactive form. Once your event is approved for posting by the Webmaster, it will appear on the District Calendar for all to see.  For full instructions on how to add events to the District Calendar, click here.

Press Releases

Formal communication is the hallmark of public relation activities, which is why we have included press releases on the District 5 website. Check the website often to view and download press releases that clubs can use to publicize their events.

Forms & Other Downloads

The new District 5 website includes a Download Section which includes forms and other useful documents for Club, Area, and Division leaders. If you have a form or document which you believe would be useful to others in the District, please use the upload feature to submit the document for approval.  Here's an overview of the upload process.  You may also forward the document to the This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Photos

Photos from contests, conferences, and other events can be easily posted in the District 5 Photo Gallery. Any member can upload their photos for others in the District to enjoy.  An overview of the upload process is included here.

Link Directory

Do you want to publicize your club website?  Would you like to share some useful speaking or leadership resources with others in the District?  The District 5 Link Directory is the place to do this.  It's very easy to add your link to the directory and it will be live immediately for others to see.  Click here for more information.
